2021 March/April (29 March - 4 April)
We watched the Saturday sessions of General Conference today. I loved what Elder M. Russell Ballard said about hope; that we need to see hope as an expectation and that we should never feel we are in a waiting room. I am anxious to read and study these uplifting and comforting talks.
I set a goal this past week to read my notes of the teachings from the October 2020 General Conference.
It was like reading a text from my Heavenly Father encouraging me in all the worries I have right now.
I would like to share with you all the messages I received but I will concentrate on one. I have read this a few times while studying Preach my Gospel and I still needed to be reminded of it.
"Patience is the capacity to endure delay, trouble, opposition or suffering without becoming angry, frustrated, or anxious. It is the ability to do God's will and accept His timing."
I put it on my board of gems so I can see it every day.
Life in Vanuatu
One thing we have learned, living in Vanuatu, is to always be attentive on the road because you never know who will just decide to cross the road in front of you: people, chickens or a
family of pigs
